Step-by-step guide

1. Open the HAALE app on your device.

2. Navigate to the “Me” tab in the bottom menu.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

4. Tap “Delete Account”.

5. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

Once the deletion request is confirmed, your account will be scheduled for removal.

To delete your data head to the 'Me' tab within the app. At the bottom press the 'Delete Account' button and your data will be deleted within 30 days.

What happens after you delete your account

• Your personal profile and stored health data will be permanently deleted.

• Access to the HAALE app and your historical data will no longer be available.

• The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete.
